Dear Substitute Teacher,
You will find my recordings of the weekly lessons on my Weebly page under the appropriate grade levels and dates. All lessons will be under the appropriate grade level along with a LIVE video. Make sure to be aware of the correct dates. I record new LIVE videos on Wednesday (1st, 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th) and Thursday (4th). If, for some reason, you cannot find the LIVE video for the week you are teaching, have the students go under the correct date and grade level anyway, and look at what is posted. They can watch a video on the related topic (if one is present) or look at the pdf file, worksheets, etc. I will go over the lesson with the students the following week and have a LIVE video for them to watch!.
You can get assistance by calling extension 6575 and speaking to Teresa Maiorano.
Don’t worry about taking attendance.
Your schedule jumps around with regard to grade levels. Please be aware of what grade you are teaching, and direct the students to my Weebly and to the correct grade level and date. Have them go directly to their grade level. Please stay on the GoTo Meeting for approximately 20 minutes. At this time the students should be logged off of GoTO Meeting and onto my Weebly site. Please stay on for 20 minutes just in case a student needs your help with anything. They will be able to log back into the GoTo Meeting and speak with you. Please let them know this before dismissing them from the meeting.
At the beginning of each virtual class please remind students of online etiquette.
I hope you had a great day!
Mrs. Sherry Asoklis

DO NOT TEACH THE BELOW LESSON TO THE STUDENTS!
HAVE THEM GO DIRECTLY TO MY WEEBLY AND TO THE CORRECT DATE
AND
THEIR GRADE LEVEL!
Medicine Safety
No children should help themselves to their own medicine. Trusted adults should give medicine to children, unless old enough to be unsupervised. Usually this would be a high school aged child.
A couple key points:
Medicines are drugs!
Medicines should be only taken when needed!
Directions on the bottle should always be followed!
Never take someone else's medicine!
Don't accept medicine from someone that normally doesn't give you medicine...even if you trust them.
Only take medicine from a trusted adult that NORMALLY gives you medicine.
If you find a pill on the floor or ground tell an adult! Do not touch it!
Never take too much or not enough! Always follow directions!
